im 26 asked this question b4 also.. i tried to have intercourse with by hubby... put it always pains me and i start getting stiff adn i panic,, we tried 3 to 4 times..i get wild and very depresses.. my husband remains cool and very supportive,, i even have an appointment with a sexologist on this matter,, pls help. any advisethat i shuould follow to take the penis in without getting wild .. what should we do togather that i can take it in.. we tried and it was really in but the shooting pain stop be again.. should i try for more few times ot should i visit the doc?any advise about how to reduce the pain?

the doc told me to come again he will check me and then give me stuffs to insert down,, the funger of my husband goes very eaily .. what next.. more foreplay???

may i suggest trying it first with a smaller object ? would your husbands little finger go in to begin with, really gently?

More of foreplay and excessive lubricant should help you to ease your problem. Also prepare yourself mentally that it will give you a bit of pain initially and will be ok with time. May be you take 7 to 10 days.

I faced this same issue initially. It is just that your body is not excited enough and not ready for intercourse. Tell your husband to insert his tongue or finger in your vagi*na before and get you excited. Once that happens, tell him to stretch out the lips and gently insert his pen*is.
