Far from being worn down bye the past few years, Bush seems empowered. His self-confidence is the most remarkable feature of his presidency. It's so clear to me, i have trouble understanding why it is unclear to everybody else.

He is a good man, a descent man. Why must his name provoke such wrath, such ire. This i must know?

Somewhere in there is the truth. G-dub has had by far the most dissent of any standing President ever and he still keeps his chin up. There just might be some character there. That, does not however make him the greatest President ever by any stretch of the imagination. He's better than the last guy but his old man was better and almost everyone else who preceded him was better.

Of course he has self-confidence, he's stupid AND rich!

Good men don't send other people's children to die in a stupid war so that his rich friends can get even richer!

How dare I? How dare you support a rich guy that cares nothing for anyone who isn't rich?
The last I looked, people died in the Revolutionary for the right to have a President instead of a king who could chop your head off if you disagreed with him or criticized him.
If you don't like other people having freedoms, maybe you're not a true American?

Good Morning Vietnam! That was funny! Such Rabid responses. Seems sarcasm is too subtle a beastie to have survived into the 21st century.

He is NOT my president! He merely rules the country in which I live! I did not vote for him either time!
there is not enough room here is state the things he has done to destroy this country!
self-confident? Every time he opens his mouth he embarrasses us as a country!
Empowered? Oh, yes, he is that all right, with his trusty Veto pen, that shoots down every piece of good legislation, that comes before him!
Remarkable! well, he certainly is that, as well! He gives the word moron, new meaning! From now on his picture will accompany the definition of the word, in the dictionary!

While i don't agree that Pres Bush is the greatest. He is by far not the worse. As to who that is i would say either Carter or Johnston. He is without a doubt the most hated by the media and the liberal extremists. It shows in some of the answers here that people will believe anything that agrees with there viewpoint even when its proven to be false.

What does all your talk have to do with anything? It's the decisions he makes, not his personality, which should be evaluated. If you like what he has done to and for the country, be happy. I personally think he has done, with help from others, some very damaging things to this country which will take many years, many dollars and many lives to correct. There is something seriously wrong with a man who is happy in the midst of disaster.

Actually, the worst President we have had during my lifetime was President Carter. Just a few of his wonderful accomplishments was to have our hostages stuck in Iran,Interest rates above 20 %, a drunken brother who was a disgrace to the country,a wife who tried to run the country for him and on and on.
Since his retirement he has done good things but he was a President who also thought that he had been chosen by God.
He tried to broker a peace between Egypt and Israel and go both leaders assassinated.

I'm sure he appreciates your loyalty. Keep it up and maybe he'll recruit you into the New World Order.
He's on the way out. Probably with his head held high, when it should be with his tail between his legs.
Now vote for a true American Patriot. Ron Paul See video

Absolutely. We are in awe of his insightuflness, his vision, his eloquence. He fairly judges all issues without regard to party or personal allegiance and his compassion and desire to listen and weigh all sides of an issue is an inspiration. A paragon, nearly a saint.
Why, I'm just overcome with joy when I think President Bush is the Greatest President to live in Crawford, Texas.
