Get a humane trap. I'm not sure exactly what it's called or where to get it, but the ones my mom had were little plastic rectangular boxes baited to catch the mouse which could then be set free outside.

Let the little thing go. The poor little mouse is at your mercy - i hope you do the decent thing. If you don't you will have sleepless nights filled with guilt. Have a heart won't you?

Teach it a lesson about keeping others awake.
Put it in a little box or jar (WITH AIR HOLES FOR IT TO BREATH). Then every hour or so, give it a good shake!
You can laugh about it for a while and then let him outside somewhere.

no. i do not believe in killing of any animal. no animal should ever be killed. except for the purposes of food. if you kill it i will be angry at you.
