Quite interesting and somewhat funny that you are trying to guess the questions at the back of the President's mind. But her question could possibly relate to the plight and the problems of women in India and ways to overcome those and give them a better living. Of course if she doesn't have the answers already and wants to know the people's opinion on such issues.
