1) You can travel without visa to following countires: Belgium, Czech republic, France. Malaysian side says you don't need visa for Italy, but Italians say you do, so better acquire one before you travel to Italy.

2) It will be very expensive for a Malaysian. All services in Europe are expensive: food, accomodation and transport.

3) A week won't be enough to see all the places you've mentioned.

In a week travel you can not see more than one or at most two countries, so you will have to decide where to go before you start traveling.

A lot will depend on which visa you can get, as the countries you name are not all shengen countries.
From Switzerland the neighbouring countries Italy (if you are in the south) France, (if you are in the west,) Germany, (north) or maybe Austria (when you are in the east of the country) are easy to reach.
To go to Czech republic you would have to travel through Germany or maybe Austria, so you would need a Shengen visa, or you would need to fly, needing only a Czech visa.

For accommodation, hostels are the easiest and cheapest. (Still a lot more than you would pay at home, I am afraid.)
In most hostels you can make your own meals from things you bought in a supermarket, saving money, and you would share a room.
Buses will be the cheapest form of transport, but are not comfortable, and the trains are the most convenient but more expensive.

Expect to need at least 50 Euro a day if you travel in the countries that use the Euro, more than 80 swiss franc. On top of that come the train or bus tickets if you want to do any long distances. Chech republic is cheaper to travel.

When you are in Switzerland you might be able to meet other people traveling, they will tell you a lot, and that is always usefull information.

If you get stuck with the visa, Switzerland itself is also a great country to travel, it is one of my favorites with great differences in the different language parts.
