im 17 and its like 6 inches when its erect and pretty skinny. i want it fatter and longer but im afraid its too late for me.

Masturbating does not enlarge or lesson the penis when it is inactive. Maybe that is the normal size for you. Do not be overly worried about the size,etc. do not get an inferiority complex over this. Some of the best 'lovers' in this world were not generously endowed! Some of the worst were "well endowed", so don't worry about it.

The size of your penis depends on your genetics, hormones, and enzymes you have in your body. It has nothing to do the masturbation.
You have an average size penis, which is a good thing.

dude i was like 7 when i started and i have wondered this myself but after reading some doctors blogs i have learned that it has no effect on size what so ever and it even has some positive side effects.... helps u last longer in da sack
