I feel for the present Dravid has done a good job. But Ganguly's abilities are just a story now. It is very difficult to predict his abilities with the present combination given to play under Dravid. The same applies for Sachin. And Sachin I don't think would mind shouldering the captaincy if reqd once again.
But skills are different from abilities. Abilities differ at various times under different circumstances. Owing to the fact that Ganguly's reputation has been low for quite sometime after Chappel incident, I do not think he would be as aggressive as he used to be.

Take the present moment: it has to be Dravid! Given the events of the recent past, the way Ganguly had a set back before he bounced back into the team, Ganguly can't be a credible captain anymore! And, sachin is quiet and unassuming, not so aggressive as required for a leader! So, it is Dravid!

From My point of View Saurav ganguly is Best captain ever for India. He has the capability to search for talent and get that talent performing in the field. He is best and remain best forever.

I think that Ganguly is best among them. Because they have killer instict, Temper, agression etc. And the records are also said that Ganguly is the best captain.

i feel dat ganguly would b best amongst dis trio as our captain....
he has those leadership qualities needed by a captain,
he works very well under pressure n does not take wrong decision,
he has da ability to keep all the players in control.....n even all da players used 2 listen 2 him...
i just feel dat if ganguly could change his behavior bit...i mean never listened 2 seniors n coahes...kept even them under his control n even selectors.....if he would change a bit in this...thn he is surely welcomed by as indian captain
