Celebrate your successes on a weekly basis. That helps you understand that you are making headway in life. As you do this you can also be talking about it with people you know. These successes can be as simple as doing things you want, that you imagine, and actually are, things that make your life better/healthier. Everyone has these and everyone can begin to celebrate our own unique lives. Little by little works best and things won't change overnight, but over the next year. Don't quit and keep it up. You already took the first step in asking so congratulations to you on that!

Be who you are and not who others want you to be.
Self-confidence is a state of mind that comes through actions. You can become more confident by becoming a person with a purpose. Find your passion and confidence will soon follow. Self-esteem problems are caused by false illusions that some people are better than others.

Well, first of all. You have to learn to do things right to be more confident. If you are clumsy or act stupid, that can put your confidence down to a level. Also putting this question in another category could get you confident.

Confident in general? well i'd say you have to build it through trial and error. only experience will allow you to examine the things that are keeping you from being confident

We all have good as well as bad qualities, so just focus on the good ones and work on ways to turn the bad qualities into good qualities. And just tell yourself as often as necessary that you are special. There is no one on this earth like you. You are one of a kind. Don't just tell yourself but believe it too. Because it is the truth.

affirmations, seeing yourself in a different light, doing little things for yourself.
(ie, shoppings, a new haircut)

and big things like being around good friends that make you feel better about yourself or take up a hobby like writing or playing an instrument. positive thinking too

Appreciate what you have around you. Know what you have and be fortunate. Always think to yourself that your performance at what you do is good and it was your best. Make sure things you do are 100% and know that you did it right im guessing. Take yourself in know what you are and what you arent.

Join clubs at schools or something to have a strong support group to help you practice. get out of your shell and do something like sports or something you like.

get rid of that picture its creeping me out.....you need to realize you are on earth for a reason,you just need to figure out what that is.itll get better,quit listening to stupid people and surround urself with good people and positive thoughts.ya know,God has NEVER not answered one of my prayers.try it i bet youll feel better really soon
