Are you kidding me? I have an idea... how about we accuse every single person who has ever hit more than 20 home runs in a season of taking steroids.
I'll be glad when Bonds shatters this record so that everyone can get over all this steroids crap. Once the record is broken, no one will care anymore. And no one would ever care if Bonds wasn't so close to the record anyway.
You know Ozzie Smith hit 6 homeruns in 1985, which is DOUBLE... thats right DOUBLE the amount that he hit in any other year in his entire career. Do you think he took steroids for that year? Get real genius.

Take one look at Babe Ruth and tell me he was on Steroids.? Hey Dufus you must need glasses. Even though Steroids has been around since the late 1930's, it did not become a usable drug until 1954. First culprits of steroid use: The Russian weight lifting team of the 1950's, a long time after Babe did his damage to the Baseball record books.

are you stupid, steriods were not around back then, because no one was trying to inject themselves so they could lift weights at unhuman pace. these are steriods designed for horses to get bigger, why would aaron or ruth take something to get bigger when they did not have a healthy work out plan to begin with.

Ruth frequently used illegal substances during his career. He was known to enjoy a bit o' the sauce, especially beer, and Prohibition was in effect for most of his seasons. Tsk-tsk.

it is very possible that they may have we cannot prove if they did or did not. but you cannot say they did not take them becasue they had amazing records at the time and what not. I personally do not think they did but you never know. hey why the thumbs down you cannot prove to me they did not use them so for all you know they may have.
