When some thing happens, three questions arise - what,
how and why.
You will get an answer to the first question within a
short period of time. It is physical in nature.
You have to spend more time to answer the second
question. It is mental in nature.
Different persons may give different answers for the
third question. But you will never get a true answer
for it - it is philosophical in nature.

I think there is an answer to every question, but I don't think that we people will be able to answer every single one there is to have. I mean look at the R and S section, discussing beliefs which most still have questions that need to be answered.
I hope this helped!

My engineering professor used to say,
"There's always a simple answer to every question. And 99% of the time...it's wrong."

I don't think every question has a concrete answer that everyone will agree with, no.

Not really. I think sometimes the best answer is no answer at all.

Of course. An answer, sure. A correct answer... not necessarily.

i think so, it just either takes some time, or some sort of question whose answer will lead you to it.

No,
If you're not thinking about and you say "nothing" and then they ask you, "what does nothing look like?", what can you say?
no answer.
