I was wondering if any one out there has a crazy life, so crazy in fact that you had so many choices, so many things going on and that you had a hard time sticking to any of them. What would you say would be some ideas that would help someone get out of all this crazyiness?

Example: Life, College, Places to live, etc...

Focus on one thing at a time. There is a popular word used frequently "multi-tasking", but the only result of trying to do that is exactly what you have explained to us, crazyness.
Keep your mind on one topic and don't let it stray until you've made sufficient progress. Then if you must change your attention to something else put you full attention on that subject. It won't be long that you begin to take control of your life.

If some one wants to enjoy life under such chaotic conditions then the way out is to work out a 'method in the madness'.By following this method, you focus on your core issues with good results and at the same time remain an integral part of chaos[craziness].Best of both the worlds at no extra cost. But if you want to get out of chaos, then be prepared for some Hard decisions and their strict implementation.Take a pick.

Life is part of your crazy life? I don't get that.

Otherwise, it sounds like you have a pretty stable, normal life to me. Try living in Ethiopia where you don't know who your governer or ruler is, there's no law and consequently no police protection, where you don't quite know where you're getting your next meal from, or when bullets and warfare is going to break out, or who's going to invade your country, or which self-proclaimed leader who claims he's going to save your neighborhood you can trust. That's slightly more chaotic, don't you think?

a course or book in life planning and values.

when you define what you care about, what you want to spend your time and energy doing, it helps eliminate some of the unnecessary stuff.
