After raising four hyperactive kids, having three dogs, seven cats and dealing with college students daily what is left that can frazzle me?

I get frazzled and upset often. I think it is because of stress, and trying to figure out my life.

however , sometimes i act really cool when my bf and i are having a big problem and he's really nervous about it , i try to calm him down even if deep inside i'm dyinggggg out of worry , after all , it's for the best of us...
