Frankly never. The President of India is a representative of the Indian citizen. Patil is the kind of person who feels that spirits enter her and talk to her when she enters holy shrines... She doesn't have a clean history - embezzlement is just the start... Someone like Jairam Ramesh would have been a much better choice, but Sonia Gandhi can't use him as a puppet, so Patil stays...
This is nothing but a hollow mockery of democracy
