Why are American women on average so ugly?

I am South American and I recently went to the US on a business trip and to be honest I was very dissapointed with the quality of women you find there.

FAT: I've never seen so many whales in my life

EASY: it only takes a foreign accent and two drinks and you have landed yourself an American woman in bed.

NOT CULTURED: I could not find a single woman who I could discuss current issues, world affairs or cultural stuff with!! brain dead.... in Europe you always fins these hot girls ready to have interesting debates with you, in America on the other hand it seems most women couldn't find their own state on a US map.

SLOPPY DRESSERS: what's up with so many fat girls letting their huge bellys hanging with those tiny shirts at the malls? do they think that is sexy?

honestly I didn't know women were so ugly over there, now I understand American men going abroad in massive numbers looking for wives.

I suppose you were the one to land that American woman in bed after 2 drinks in a bar. You got what you came for obviously so don't stereotype America as a culture of only fat, stupid, slutty women. You are out of line with your comment and you shouldn't forget that America is of many different people from around the world including Europe, India and South America. To try and belittle us as Americans is only insulting your heritage as well. This country has more diversity than any other and we are a proud nation. There is no better country to call home and those that don't see this need to get out and stay out. BTW...if one were to bring together some of the most beautiful, talented, inspiring, educated, cultured, intelligent women from every country under one roof what would that be called? The Miss Universe Pageant was held in Mexico City this year, did you watch? Since the 1950's American holds the title with 7 Miss Universe winners. No other country comes close.

I am an American woman and I am kind, slender,hardworking, and attractive. I haven't any idea where you get the idea that we're fat, easy, etc...
I will say that yes, there is an epidemic of obesity in this country. The majority of the time it takes two working people to afford an average household income here. Not to mention the long commute to and from work, taking care for the children ( feeding, homework, etc..) taking time out for each other and getting a proper nights rest- this is a BIG reason why a lot of people here have adopted poor nutrition habits.
But to insult the American woman or ANY woman for that matter makes YOU look bad.
It makes you look like an egoistic femme phobe with a total lack of respect for females in general.
One cannot perceive a man is a fool until he opens his mouth to speak.

What kind of women are telling you that you are ugly? Are you setting your own standards too high for what you consider an attractive woman? A lot of women tend to be attracted to men who are more on their own level of attractiveness. If they're sort of plain, then they are usually attracted to the same for long term relationships. I can't say if this fits your situation, but I have seen too many men who are 'average Joe's that won't give the average girl a chance, who have strict standards that says they won't even speak to a girl unless she has a certain fitness level/hair color/tan, whatever. Another words,although they themselves are far from being considered for the title of Mr. Universe, all they will accept are virtual fashion models. So if it is a case of limiting the type of woman you are willing to be around, I say lower your expectations, find common interests, and I'm sure someone will come along.

well first off I am an indian , being an international student , this is my third year in US

Let me get this straight ... What I really thought about women before coming here -

1) They must be rude , arrogant
2) they must be slutty
3) they must have no culture and stuffs like this .. you know stupid stereotypes
what i found was -
1) they are very nice and caring
2) I have not met a women yet who is ever near being slutty , for I believe American women are very careful dates , most are independent but that does not mean they are not family oriented ..they are cultural , so I don't know which part of us are you living in ..because whatever you said didnot make any sense whatsoever
3) beauty -- are you kidding me ..some of the most gorgeous women I see , live here and I see them everyday

Yes. Many American ladies are as you put it, "ugly." But, if you realize these "ugly" women are also victims of some sort of parental/spousal neglect or abuse - I guarantee it.. In other countries you are taught to love yourself or at least to respect yourself and others. Even if you do not respect- you are taught that when you go out into public you dress nicely. Here, to dress in your PJ's to go grocery shopping or to the movies is the norm for many youngsters. Then they never mature and next thing you know they're 40 and still dressing like adolescents. Also, here there is a lack of culture therefore a lack in respect. It's all tied together. If you love and respect yourself you can also do so with others - whether they be your family, your friends or complete strangers. People in any country who do not respect themselves always look "ugly." Do everyone a favor and stop judging. Until you know their history you have no right to judge EVER! Plain and simple.

Where on God's Green Earth were you looking for intelligent women? In bars? In malls? Or were you merely looking for a playmate and wishing once you landed one that she had been more of a looker?

You could have paid for a much prettier playmate and she'd have agreed with everything you had to say if the price was right.

Women in the United States tend toward two extremes, the overweight or the anorexic. Personally, I prefer to see a healthy woman with enough flesh on her bones to give her shape. That's midway between too skinny and too fat.

And you're correct about the apparel. It is abominable, isn't it?

I think the reason U.S. men look for wives abroad is that those women are more subservient. Men like to be dominant and American women are independent spirits.

American women do actually tend to have an unattractive look compared to European women. Especially in California, where women tend to have a "horse face," a semi-circle shape to their teeth, puffy cheeks, and droopy eyes. Scandinavia, Hungary, Czech, Russia. That's where you'll find the most beautiful women. They are thin and curvy there with thin facial features.

I agree with you, mate. I am also Latin American like you, and on average, American women or gringas as we call them are ugly. Fat, dress terrible, uncultured, close minded, and act more like men than women.

You've got to be kidding me dude! I was born in Australia and have been all over this world many times and have not found more beautiful women than in America (& Australia). Yea there are some unattractive people out there that do not take care of themselves but would you like me to go in detail about what filth Ive seen in South America and judge you and your people on that. Well, thanks for generalizing us -I guess it takes one to know one -huh?...Yeah some of the women in the United States hold truth to what you just described, but not all. I am one of the few that can hold up a conversation, and it doesn't involved hang -overs or finger nails. But anyways, maybe you shouldn't look-it's always said that when you don't try, you'll find it. Also, I'm Hispanic but America is my home-I grew up here and I like it. Yes, America has it's flaws and as s holes, but other countries are worse!
