CTC details are mentioned only when you get to talk to the job offering company's HR. In case they ask for it prior to interview, mention the details in the covering letter, but not in the CV.

No need saraswathi..you have nt mentined you are a fresher are looking for a second job.I take you as a fresher.In case of any recruiting companies coming on On campus or off campus ,they will discuss about the CTC during pre-placement talk Itself,So the question of Expected
CTC never arises.Even in interview If this question arised by HR,It is safe to answer "As discussed in pre placement talk,Im happy with the mentioned salary"

No need to mention anything about your previous or expected CTC in your cover letter. It discussed before getting the offer letter with HR.
