The only ones I know of are Cillian Murphy in "28 Days Later" and Michael Pitt and Louis Garrel in "The Dreamers". Anyone know of any more???? Just wondering bc my friend and I got into a debate about it. I know my avatar shows otherwise, but I am a girl in case you were wondering, lol.

Kevin Bacon did full frontal in Wild Things. Althought it wasn't shown, Colin Farrell did full frontal in A Home at the End of the World.
