having internet access is the worst!!! the best advice i can give you, and i've been through the same, is to find something else to keep you away. don't say, "well, i am going to play games online or on the computer." because that still makes the porn very accessible. get away, go take a walk, help dad keep the yard clean, read a book....in the family room, play with your neighbor friends!!! anything that will keep you away from the computer. it is a hard addiction to let go of, but you can do it. i did. good luck.

If you're 13, it's probably pretty normal. People your age are just discovering sex, and they're full of hormones. So you may not really have an addiction to internet porn. When I was younger, the guys all had "girlie" magazines. Now there's the Internet, so nothing much has changed.

You won't have a low sperm count just from masturbation. So don't worry about that. But it's difficult to say if you have an addiction because you haven't said how often you view porn or if it's getting in the way of your usual activities. If it is, then maybe you can ask your parents if you can see a counselor. You don't have to tell them the reason if you're uncomfortable talking to them about it. Just say you have some teen problems that you want to talk over with someone.

rely on yourself. you can do it. its alright to jerk off but dont do it more than once a day. hell, 5 times a week has been shown to be good for your health. now the problem with porn is that the women are better looking than they are in real life and it may be harder to be turned on by a "real" girl later on. you're 13, go do what every guy tries to do (get with girls). i had my first ******* in the school bathroom when i was a freshman in high school. man that was great. my first kiss was in elemantary school (i dont remember what grade). these are rites of passage and incredible memories that you will NEVER forget. you are 13, i dont know if you have ever been kissed before. go for that. once you have that, makeout, you know, tougue. then comes oral sex when you're a little older and then real sex when you're even older. you will probably knock all of those out by the time you graduate but you don't have to. but trust me, porn doesnt compare to the real stuff. go after the good stuff (and its real, aint that great?)

I dont think that doing it a little bit is that bad for you, though i dont think anything on the computer is good subject matter!! (use your imagination instead!) but i do think that doing it too much can be bad for you.

doing it too much while your growing, and as a result, its growing as well, can be bad because constant friction on the muscles in it may wear away at it and stop it from growing to its full capacity.

and besides, wouldnt you rather save it for when you have someone special to do it with? that way it will have more meaning.

i would suggest finding something else to fill your time so thier is no temptation.

maybe take up a team sport, so that your out running around getting tired using up your energy in more wholesome ways.

It is natural man. So relax. It is good you acknowledge it. But really mostly every guy watches porno, your just new to it. Ask your dad what is his favorite porno, that will get the conversation started. This way it gives him a clue that your at that age, so he will help you with the transition. Its cool man relax, don't get paranoid. Just make sure you don;t get any viruses on the computer that will really piss them off.
Your fine, trust in your feelings it is the language of your soul. Sex is natural it is a celebration of love. Peace out future player.

You won't have a low sperm count because of looking at naughty things or masturbating. Don't worry about it so much, just have fun with it.

find someting to keep your mind off of it
another thing you could do is find some way to get your parents to put Parental controls on the Comp.

try model cars, books, or television, then go outside or hang with friends

There's nothing wrong with you:-)
It would be wrong if you were 33 with a girlfriend/wife in the upstairs bedroom, crying on her pillow and you downstairs at the computer jerking off.
