I would like to dream that you and I are on a fishing vessel in the Sea of Japan. We are trying to sneak to Kamchatka to buy a case of vodka and get some cured shark meat for our pets. We don't eat it. As we get to shore there is a large man in a bear suit yelling for us to come to him. Whoopee!! It's Boris Yeltsin and today is his birthday and we are in time for the festival in his home town!!
