Yours appears to be female, but it's hard to say without knowing the age/size of your fish. Yours seems to be paler with more rounded fins (the dorsal is the one on the top, BTW), but this might just be a factor of age. Since these get about 4-4.5 inches, It's hard to tell just be the photo if yours is full grown yet. If it was a recent purchase from a fish store, I would suspect the age to be somewhere around 6-9 months. There are so many variables that contribute to their growth, it would be impossible to know the age for certain unless you bred the fish yourself.

Looks to me like an average dwarf gourami, full adult, and its difficult to tell the gender. But if you look at the dorsal fin, a round fin is female and a pointy fin is male. The dorsal fin is the bottom fin.
