First, if that is the case with pronunciation then you're going to have people miss-pronouncing it right and left. Spell it the way it sounds to be unique and funky.

Second, ideas:

Chandler Chase
Chandler Grace
Chandler Smith
Chandler Joe
Chandler Ian
Chandler Jean
Chandler Mason

Third, I'd pick a family-significant name for his middle. Like a combination of your name and the father's, a grandparent, your parents, etc. Make it special.

Chandler Ryan, Chandler James(C.J), Chandler Michael, Chandler Adam, Chandler Jason(C.J), Chandler William, Chandler Nicholas, Chandler Logan. I really don't know what other names to put together but I think they all sound cool. Good luck!

Save the kid some aggravation and spell it like it is pronounced. I know from personal experience how hard it is to always be spelling your name.

The original meaning of Chandler was:
one who made or sold candles; a retail dealer in provisions, groceries, etc.
How about something to do with light? Here's one you don't hear too often: from Hebrew: Meir (pronounced may-ear) or Mayer
