You should go to the library and look through several grammar books. A grammar book that reads easy for one person, may not to another, or the content of one grammar book is more suited to your needs than another book.

So Far is a good book by Kelsey Grammer.
Strunk and White wrote a good book about grammar.

The best GRAMMAR book I know is the Blue Book of Grammar and Punctuation by Jane Straus (she's a great author).
