Facial Hair: Wax
Arms/Legs: It really depends on how much hair you have but I'd use Nair.
Genitals: Wax, definately. But go to a perfessional.
Armpits: Shave. For me, waxing there hurts too much.

Shave. I've waxed and I probably ripped off the first few layers of my epidermus. Ouch! I have really sensitive skin, too, so the Nair and Nair-like products really hurt me.
