Do mobile phones cause fetal abnormalities?

A freind of mone has to terminate her pregnancy due to sketetal bone growth abnormalties? Her husband is in sales and constantly wears his mobile phone in a pouch around his pelvic area. Could this have caused abnormalties in the fetus??

No. Interesting thought, but no. Fetuses have had abnormalities from the beginning of time, way before cell phones were invented. It just happens sometimes. Be a good friend to your friend and comfort her and listen to her, and she can try again. Something like 45% of women have had a miscarriage or abortion or have lost a fetus in some way, so it happens a lot, but it's still hard when it does.
