A question that had one answer (which I was I was not able to see) about a historical series of events that happened over 40 years ago was taken down. I still do not understand the problem with the question.

Because a violation can be filed for any reason and valitidy of the report is not an issue

(1) prescreening. computers not humans. y!a flag certain words and automatically delete questions that use them.
(2) number of complaints. basically, the idiots that report people for no reason.

well ive never gotten a violation for askin a question but ive gotten a violation once for saying, "thanks for the 2 points" i was like wtf, people do it all the time, but apparently thats not an answer and that why i was deducted 10 points. whatever
