Lots of mining companies will be interested. But it all depend on the mining climate there. Meaning, how big the deposit might be, how are mining permits issued, the social accpetability of mining projects, the fiscal regime (taxes), the political stability of the government, etc. Mining companies have their own ratings for each country they operate in.
