i posted a question and someone said oh its just an emo phase....blah blah......then someone said tell those depressed emo's to use more pressure on the razor.....whats everyones problem?????

I don't like how everyone is calling someone emo for the most ridiculous reasons, like I've been called emo for no apparent reason whatsoever, and other people are being called emo for wearing a shirt that says "The Used", or some other bands, and people get called emo for have their hair done some way, it is getting really ridiculous, people just need to keep their mouth shut before they call someone something. Not to sound harsh, but that's just how it is sometimes. =D

I think it's because when u see emos in the street they always look soo depressed... so people have the perception that if your emo ur depressed. It's just perception.
You see I could walk donw the street and look depressed and no one would notice but emos have a distinct look so they get noticed and they draw attention to themselves, thats why they get judged.

People can't BE emo. Emo is a type of music and nothing more. I like emo music and I like "emo" hair and pants, but it's not a lifestyle or something.

No offense but I hate emos cause they are weak so life hit you when you were down so what stop crying about it and get up and fight back otherwise simply die those are the only real choices my life has been destroyed so many times people I cared about dying from cancer friends leaving to never see again but I'm not crying in some corner I fought back

i dont even think they know what emo is. i asked a hair question and people were like "why dont you become a prep you will be happier that way" and "emos suck". im not even emo, but i get called it all the time. people just like to lable and judge people.

they are all just ppl who cant accept that we are different and we dont like being the same as them. and not all emos are depressed, and if we are then we probably have a good reason for it. they should stop making fun of those of us like me who did cut.
