Grieve & also keep busy & help others by doing volunteer work & exercise like good long fast walks & in time the pain gets less

I wish i had one! I just go with it, i feel better once i just let it all out. I`m not into masking my feelings for anyone, if i`m sad, i`m sad and that`s the end of it until i just snap out of it.

Telling my closest friend anything that is bothering me. But now days I miss him, when he's busy. He always makes me feel better, and I wish he would do that again today.

He brightens my gloomy days and puts a smile on my face.
