in reviewing the transcript of our chambers hearing, i feel like some things were omitted that i said. is it possible to get the audio version? i was told "no". is that true? why?

Most places the written transcript IS the record.
Challenging it might be possible, but it would take a lawyer, and as it reflects badly on the judge and the court reporter, the odds are against you.

Probably that who tell you no, it is true, because in now days the system it is so corrupt and they only listen what they want to listen. For example a few months ago I apply for an appeal and they send to the person who made the transcript a different disc. How good it is that?
