how can i sponsor a movie?

i want to write the biggest worst horror story in history and if possible have it published turned into a movie by a director but how or who do i talk to about that?

Unless you also happen to have millions of dollars just lying around, then there's no point even trying ;););)

First - WRITE this "biggest worst horror story". If it's REALLY that goog, then producers will be knocking at your door within days!!

Research your material first then write the screenplay, network with other movie people, writers, film buffs, actors, props people, rich people specially..... then draw up the story boards to help the camera operaters and directors know what you want, drive around looking for site locations, have some of your screenplay appraised, re- write if needed...then think about pitching it to producers. All this is going to cost you thousands, in dollars and hours, are you really that committed to do this? You can make movies cheaply but they suffer on the big screen.
