at 18 can i leave and what are my responsibiltys and what are the things i can do now by myself

If you mean at 18 can you move out of your parents house legally. That would be yes.

If you mean since you are 18 and still live with your parents, you still need to abide by their rules. If they tell you that you need to be home at a certain time then that is what you should do.
Your responsibilities are what you expect out of your life and what your parents ask of you, as long as you live under their Roof.

Assuming you are a responsible 18 year old, you should be able to go out with your friends and date if that is what you want to do. You should be able to have a job also. Are you still in High School or are you going to college?
