One line means that you haven't had your LH surge yet. Test again tomorrow. Test every day until you get a positive. Did you start testing on the day the box suggests? If you are testing too early, you're going to keep getting negatives.
Also, best time to test is between 1pm-4pm. Don't test in the morning, your surge wouldn't register yet. If you test too late in the evening, you may miss your surge. So test at the same time every day between 1-4pm.

yep... you haven't reached your LH surge yet. Test again tomorrow about the same time. Oh, and you should read the directions, it clearly states that only one line means no LH surge :)

no offence but i don't know..but i think the box you got your OPT would have easy to read instructions....and I am just guessing now...but i do not think you are ovulating
