I reside in Georgia. My landlord has some tenants that are telling him that they have warrants out for some of my family members and friends and in which I can't invite them over to my home for anything! My sons first birthday is coming up and we are going to invite them over no matter what! I have already checked with civil court to make sure these friends and family members do not have any warrants on them, in which they don't, What rights do I have? Isn't this discrimination? My landlord also said that he can't tell me what guest I can and can't have over because he don't have any warrants on anyone. Which these tenants have made him believe they really do have warrants. Also when we first moved in he had said they couldn't come over but he told them that he never said that! I think my landlord is coo coo and nutty!! What should I do? I am scared he will kick us out if we do but that is a simple price I am willing to pay for my child to have a birthday party AT HOME!!

These tenants that are saying this don't have problems with us it is just some of my family members use to be real good friends I mean real good friends the two women were like messing around and both husbands knew it well one day these tenants asked about having a "foursome" well my family wasn't going for that and ever since then their has been this conflict between them and they decided I guess it would be fun to add us to it. Now get this they are church going people and put their kids on a pedastle and believe everything their children say. Which their eldest claimed different guys have rapped her none to which are my family. Which the doctor said she has had sex but not forced makes it even more crazy anyways my sister had to testify against them and the only thing she said was she picked up kids from school but that makes her have a warrant along with her husband and child? Which I do not have a lease or an agreement her with the landlord, do I still have rights as a tenant?
