I'd be mad. But not mad enough to do anything about it.

They are kids after all, if someone didn't tell them to change diapers then being mad about it is a waste of time. Be the one who trains these kids to take care of babies. Or organize for at least one adult to be there overseeing.

At the very least, say something to them next time. Like "Could you make sure to check her diaper, she was really wet last time I picked her up and I don't want her getting a rash again" (even if the "rash again" part isn't true, I'd add it for the importance of doing it).

Yes, I would be mad. I'm a churchgoer and while attending a new church, I checked out the nursery to see young girls taking care of the babies and decided that I would be taking care of my baby on my own and miss most of the service. I couldn't trust them. There should be at least one adult/mother there to help supervise these kids. Some churches have a "mother's" room where you can bring your baby in and nurse so you can still hear the message but no one can see or hear your baby. It's great!

personally I wouldn't leave my toddler in the care of a 14/15 year old child I didn't know, regardless of the setting.

Yes, I would. That's irresponsible. But they are 14-15 - perhaps the church should have ADULTS watching kids that young?

I would be really mad. I wouldn't leave my child there anymore in less they put older more responsible people in charge of my child's well being.

No, I would chalk it down to inexperience but I would think twice about leaving my child in their care again!
