I want to view them from "Google Earth" but don't know where they are located or, for that matter, even what they are called. I hope you understand what I am trying to describe. They are these huge images that you really can't tell what they are from land just ditches, may be rocks too--heck if i know! Please, it you know answer this question so I can show my grandkids what I'm talking about.

If you mean the Nazca Lines, they're in Nazca Desert plain in Peru. Where exactly I am not sure, but it's Peru.
And for another answerer: no, not even the Great Wall of China is visible from space. Astronauts have said so.

It's my understanding that the only man made object that is visable from space is the Great Wall of China.

Go to google.com and click on maps in the upper left corner. Switch the map on the right to Hybrid.
