I would jump at this, Dice-K is pretty good recently, he is getting better, striking out a ton and great stuff. Boston has given him indifferent run support, he has lost games he pitched great (1-2run games) and then won the games he pitched bad.
Snell is good, but I like Matsuzaka better going forward, and Gregg is ok, pretty good, but Matsuzaka is worth the price, and you should be able to pick up a closer of waivers after the trade deadline (2-3 closers could move, their teams will need replacement)
So get you Matsuzaka and a closer for a Snell&Gregg. Pretty easy stuff.

If you need wins more than saves, do it. Dice K will strike out a lot of guys and probably get a lot of wins, because he's on a strong team. Gregg, barring a meltdown, is Florida's closer for the rest of the year. If you have other closers, it's a no brainer.

It depends on who your other closers are.
If you have good closers to back you up, I would do this trade.
Ian Snell is a good pitcher that gives you a low ERA and WHIP. He is young and will only get better but he won't get many W because the Pirates won't give him run support.
Dice K is a good pitcher also and will get W along with a good ERA and WHIP with K's. The Red Sox will give him run support to allow him to get W's.
If you have a RP to back up Gregg, I would do this.
Good Luck

I'd do it. As a general rule of thumb, 2 for 1's are usually good for the guy getting 1.

I'd say so, Sox are on a tear. He gets good run support, so usually ends up with the win. I'd do it, unless the Yankees are going to catch up lol!
