where is the wisest place to put a sticker on my cars back window-"inside" or "outside"?

Most likely the inside. However you want to avoid putting the decal or sticker on the rear window defroster wires that run across the back. If you have to put it on, and it is too big to fit without getting into the defroster wires, then use a razor blade and cut the decal and install it in sections without getting it on the wires. good luck.

It depends on which side of the sticker the adhesive is on. You would preferably want it on the inside to protect it against weather.
