Okay, so my best friend is a self-conscious teenage female. Not too uncommon. So my question is fairly simple, if not necessarily easy: How do I make her realize how beautiful she is?
I'm rather desperate at this point; we're very close, and I've been trying to do this for ages now, and nothing's working. Anything at all will help.

have you tried telling her? maybe she understands but she just doesn't want to seem full of herself. Just some suggestions

in some cases sometimes there is nothing someone can say to a female to make her insecurities go away she has to get threw it herself. but be a good friend and keep letting her know how beautiful she is and depending on what it is help her with it. like if she thinks she is fat be a good friend and exercise with her to motivate her. if she thinks her hair is ugly do research and suggest for her going to a professional hair stylist that can hook her up to build up her confidence. whatever the case may be there is something out there that can be done to make her feel the slightest bit better about herself, and that little bit can help more than you think. but the most important thing is just keep reminding her how beautiful she is in and out and one day she will realize it.

You seem like a great person. Point out the things about her that mean the most to you and make her the special person she is. Dont just tell her shes beautiful, bc that doesnt work. Make sure she knows even the tiniest things that make her beautiful. And since shes your best friend that shouldnt be so hard (=

All you can do is be kind and stick by her. If she doesn't feel she's beautiful then probably nothing you do or say will convince her. She has to want to work on her self-esteem.

take her for a ride in the car and put that song your beautiful by james blunt on and if she dont get the fact that shes beautiful after that you dont have to worry about how beautiful she is rush her to the hospital fast because she may be retarded.question? are her eyes puffy ihope i helped if not oh well i dont care because im going to put my james blunt cd in and sit in front of the mirror and sing your beautiful to myself

Well with my ex girlfriend she loved poetry about her beauty.I actually wrote her a poem about her beauty and she loved it.But really keep telling her she is pretty and dont let her win that fight she knows she is pretty bu really wants to make sure u mean it.

Tell her she looks beautiful, but try to make sure she doesnt get the wrong intention, its all about the facial expression when you say it
