My best friend Amanda, even though she's a year and a half younger than I. I also know that she looks up to me, but I guess that's how best friends are.
She just has such a gentle personality, and is always capable of making people laugh. She's always quick to help when she is able, and is a true friend through both good times and bad. Amanda doesn't hold a grudge, and never gets annoyed.
Her only Real flaw is that she takes everything really emotionally. Break ups leave her bawling for a week straight, and a bad grade will leaver her lethargic. However, this also works in her favor. She's really up front about how she's feeling, and being able to cheer her up in her darkest hours makes me feel apreciated, and makes me feel like I have value.

why no answers involving members of family? because if i am to give you an honest answer, at this time of my life it is my son...i am recently questioning my spirituality, and he has inspired me to search for MY truth within MYSELF because all the 'religions' say each is THE ONE, so how can we know for sure which IS the ONE? i have decided to become connected to the natural world, and through it to the supernatural, not to worship any one being or be any further involved in man-made organized 'religion'...i will be true to myself, help others, and embrace, honor, and respect nature

Well since I can't say my Grandmother(who raised me) or my husband then I guess it would have to be my best friend of 15 years. She has seen me through all the "lovely" changes of adolesents and adulthood so far. She has been present soon after the birth of my children, who call her aunt. She was the first one to come and sit with me when my Grandmother who I loved more then I could possible have loved my mother passed away after a long and agonizing battle with cancer. She even introduced me to the love of my life my husband.
She has held her head high through her own struggles with infertility and supported her husband through one of the most difficult things in the world, finding his teenage son only to loose him again.
Through all of this she has remained a rock, a stable vision for those she loves and who love her.

The man I am engaged too
He has taught me so much, and most of all it is to believe in myself and that he believes in me a very wise and inspirational man
And that knowledge is very powerful and no one can take it away from you the more you learn the more you grow : )

Love & Blessings
