Have you ever been to the dentist and they had to sedate you by making something "numb". Then afterward your lip wont move or moves the wrong way? Numb is when you cant feel something you are supposed to. Like if your hands are really cold they can get numb. (Have no feeling).. By the way this is fish section haha.. :]
