I really don't know, between those two. I do know in the early 60s the words "You're out there," were used a lot.

They pretty much mean the same thing, although I think of being high as more of an "up" feeling... Like laughing, giddy, hyper.
Where as being stoned would be more of a heavy, deep, introspective chill moment where you're just laying there relaxed, not saying much...
That's how I see it, at least.

uhh i dont no any thing bout pot exept it is bad for u but i do no that being high and stoned r the same things jus different wording
