Yes, hell I used to work at Wendy's drive thru about 100 years ago(ha!) and I'd have to take like 6 or 7 'separate' orders. It was easy and Not a problem.

Sure it is. Just let the order taker know first, just say I have 2 separate orders. I worked drive- thru for 8 years.
