I prefer Our Father because its the Lord's prayer of course but it gets a meaning across very quickly when you are praying....

Our Father, who art in heaven,
hallowed be thy name.
Thy Kingdom come,
thy will be done,
on earth as it is in heaven.
Give us this day our daily bread.
Forgive us our trespasses,
as we forgive those who trespass against us.
And lead us not into temptation,
but deliver us from evil. Amen.

For health, and strength and daily food we praise thy name oh lord amen. We use to say this prayer at kindergarten when I used to live in Jamaica and it stuck with me since then.

Probably 'Grace' (even though I haven't done it in a while). It is just nice to think that I'm about to eat something I want to eat, but to have it blessed to seems like it will make it that much more tasty/fulfilling :)
