Where can i find a place that makes picture patches?

I have a rather large picture...I could size it down to a 5 x 7. There are about 7 people in it and i want to be able to see their faces pretty clearly. I need a patch like one that goes on girl scout vests...But I'm putting it on a pillow. Would an iron on work better? Any ideas? Help me out : )

You can print it directly onto fabric. They sell printer fabric in the craft store - probably your best bet since you are a beginner.
