Nobody should be "ruling the US as president".
Race has nothing to do with the issue.

No, because the President doesn't "rule" the United States. The President shares power with the Congress and Supreme Court. We don't have a dictatorship or monarchy - despite what some far left nutjobs will tell you.

It is only a tyrant who "rules"--a President governs, with the aid of the
Congress and Judicial system.
Everything will stop being done by
"executive order". It will have the vote
of the people and the congress.

not sure...lets find a good one and see...I dont know much about whats his name who is running right now to say whether I would vote for him...I DO KNOW however..if Colin Powell had run for office...I would have voted for him.....but it doesnt matter on race...at least not to me...it depends on if you actually will get the job done ...FOR ALL PEOPLE...not just a few people....and get it done right!!!( or at least try to)..of course the presidents are only human after all...

I do not know about the "rule" part.
But a African-American can be effective and competent in that job...and all others.
