I got tickets from the 27th to the 29th on the day session. It's my first time watching a tennis game in 5 or so years. My question is how long on average does a game last?

Men's matchs could last anywhere from 30 minutes if a player gets injured early after they finish the warm-up and start into the match all the way to 5 hours for a tough 5 setter.

Women's as much as 2 1/2 to 3 hours for a tight 3 setter.

Day passes are for the session so you can walk the grounds and watch different matches in progress or hang at one of the restaurants or bar and watch on one of the TV's.

Since that's Day 1,2,3 you will see some amazing matches out on the side courts.

Early round matches depend on who is playing who....
Generally very few top players play during the day session.
These players play during the night sessions.
Related to time of a match, it depends.
Men: Generally each set is about 30-40 minutes and can take
longer if there are few breaks or gone to tie breakers. I would
say men matches are about 1:30 hrs to 5 hours. They play
best of 5 sets.
Women: Generally each set is about 20-25 minutes and
same thing like in men's game...can go to 40 minutes.
Women play best of 3 sets. Matches are about an hour to
2-2:30 hours long

An average Men's match would last about 2 hours - 3 hours. A Women's match would last about 60-90 minutes. Of course, injuries and the quality of play from each player could shorten or prolong a match.

Thanks for question and God Bless.....
