Yes and they taste good too...
ever notice how you can have a whole big block of chocolate.. and then you melt it so you can dip strawberries in it, and its like, not much at all... ripped off

I think they are romantic to an extent. They are seen as something special, something out of the ordinary. It draws attention to someone's mouth. It's highly sexual actually.
