You do it because it feels so good and because your body is now packed with hormones that keep you from ever forgetting just how good it feels.
If you regularly do it three times a day or more, you're depriving yourself of fresh air, exercise, and a social life.
You might need to do it less often if you took longer each time. Or if you had someone to do it with. The more you get out of the experience each time, the less often you need to do it.
