Getting hit in the balls is like no other pain (not including pregnancy which i dont know about). It is a dull, aching pain that is also quite sharp. The pain resonates through your body (especially the stomach) and makes you want to climb a mountain just to escape it. The pain can last a very long time. The ball area is extremely sensitive and even a slight tap in the right place can cause this pain. It is also important to note that most times when it seems like someone was hit in the balls they are just faking it. But if it's real, it hurts.

Yes it does. If a dude gets even a lil nudge there it will hurt like a mother ******* son of a *****. I know u girls have 2 put up with birth and all and I seriously do feal 4 u, but getting kicked there is probably the closest thing us guys will come to fealing the pain of birth. If u want 2 feal the pain try taking a nail gun and shooting it into ur stomach and pussy and ull see how bad it hurts

Getting hit in the balls is the worst feeling possible. My girlfriend recently kicked me in the balls and i had to lay down for about 10 minutes because it hurt so bad

The last time I took a shot to the happy sack, I puked it hurt so bad. That happened while I was curled up in a fetal ball. So as you can tell, it hurts real bad. There is another thing about taking a shot to the happy sack. The possibility of not being able to have children. There is the possibility of such severe damage the testes have to be removed. Thats not so funny huh?

It's kind of like getting the wind knocked out of you, but much more painful. It becomes difficult to breathe and there's immense pain in your lower abdominal area.
Once I got hit square in the balls with a tennis ball thrown at full strength from maybe 5 feet away (somewhat "by accident," long story...). It was so painful that I ended up crying.
The pain is very shocking at first, then comes the strong abdominal pain. This goes away very, very slowly...
But even if you get hit lightly, it can cause you to have that abdominal pain (less painful, though).

see I never really get that either guys always compare it to getting hit in the boobs, but they don't HAVE boobs, so how would they know how much worse it hurts? IF thy compared it to getting hit in the stomach or something we could understand it better, but when they compare it to childbirth or getting hit in the boobs...I don't see any way that they would know both ends of the stick.
So THERE all you guys. I highly doubt it's as bad as a tiny hole in your body being stretched out big enough to push something out that's roughly the size of a small watermelon, so don't compare it to childbirth unless you've been there done that. Besides, childbirth can last for hours and how many times do you see a guy lying in a hospital bed for days because he got hit in the nuts?
[not ranting at every guy, only the ones who think they've got it worse than childbirth without having any way of knowing. And I'm not really even saying childbirth is worse, how would I know, I've done neither.]

At worst, you can hardly concentrate on anything else. (I'm speaking from the male perspective here.) The pain does eventually subside, but until it does, it REALLY hurts. And here's how bad it hurts: The last time anyone kicked me in the testicles, I was a teenager. I'm 43 now, and I remember the pain like it was yesterday.

Well the initial punch isn't terrible (like getting hit anywhere else) but five seconds after is like hell! It continues to hurt there, but then you can feel it moving up inside your body. Trust me, you don't want to get hit in the balls (if you had balls, of course)!

Imagine someone hitting you in the stomach with a baseball bat as hard as they could. Yeah it hurts real bad. In some instances it can cause permenent damage and serious injury.
