OK i liked him ever since my friend stayed on the phone wit her boyfriend all nite so i hung with him. Well we played video games and flirted the whole time alot of other things happened but then the next morning he was like "u know we was just playin last nite rite" and i was like ya. But ever since i9 have wanting to go with him for so long and i also dont know if i shud tell my bestfriend i like him what should i do????? do u think he likes me or what???? PLEASE HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

My best friend dated my brother after I told her that he was off limits. I was so mad at her. She didn't seem to care though. So I would say that best friend's brothers are off limits.

Talk to your friend first. You need to make sure that she doesn't think it's weird that you like her brother. Then, either talk to himself yourself or you could even get your friend to talk to him for you.
If he doesn't like you back, you can still be friends with him, but you should at least try to see if he likes you too. There's nothing wrong with liking your best friend's brother.
