Jewish women and marriage?

Being the fact that Jewish women must circumcise their boys does that have any implications on their views of uncircumcised penises negative or postitive? And do the partners of Jewish women in terms of marriage have to be circumcised?

A Jewish husband must be circumcised but outside of marriage, the sexual partner of a Jewish woman does not need to be circumcised, especially in the case of forced sex or rape. Any child of a Jewish woman, no matter what the circumstances of the cause, is Jewish.
